Forget your Order ID?

Variety Deals creates an account automatically for any new customer who placed an order. You can access to My Account and track your order online.


How do I cancel my order?

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your entire order by mailing us as long as the order has not yet been 'Dispatched' for fulfillment.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

All orders that are cancelled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.

Free Hong Kong Post

Most of items you purchase will normally be dispatched within 1-2 business day by Hong Kong Airmail which will take 7-25 working days normally for delivery. The arrival time depends on different areas in the world. However, virtually all post offices that offer international airmail services do not guarantee delivery time for Airmail parcels, the delivery time is provided for reference only.

 

  

Any possibilities of getting these goods directly from Sri Lanka?

Since these goods are expensive in Sri Lanka, we have made you a cost effective way in which the goods are dispatched worldwide directly from Hong Kong in order to SAVE YOUR MONEY.

 

What Payment Methods Do We Accept?

We accept only Cash On Delivery (COD). All you need to do is, simply follow the payment instructions which will be indicated during your ordering process.

Can I order without visiting the bank?

Yes, you can. Either you can directly transfer the total amount to us via Sampath Bank PLC. or you can visit out sister site at Variety Deals - VirtualShop. However, please note that transactions taking place via Variety Deals is on LKR and transactions via Variety Deals - VirtualShop by USD

Refund Policy 

Package damaged & missing parts: 

Please take a picture about the damaged part and then Contact Us. We will arrange refund or resend item to you. Ensure that you quote your Order ID.

Parcel Lost 

If you have NOT received item in 35 days, we will check it with Post Office and then send any missing item again or arrange refund. Please allow us 3-5 working days to investigate and contact with Post Office.
